Parent approval, every time
You can't accept a job without a linked parent or guardian. That protects you, and it keeps every job on PocketChange transparent. Your parent sees who posted the job, where it is, when it happens, and how much it pays before you go.
Getting paid
The homeowner pre-funds the job before you even start, so the money is guaranteed before you show up. When the job is marked complete, funds are released to your parent-linked payout account. No chasing anyone for cash.
Building your rating
Every completed job earns you a rating and unlocks new badges. Over time you build a real, portable work history you can be proud of — the earliest version of a resume.
Staying safe
You only see jobs inside your verified neighborhood. Contact info stays private until a job is confirmed. If anything feels off, tap Report a Concern from any page and the PocketChange safety team is notified immediately.
